Guest House Accommodation - All rates are per room, per night.
All prices include full Scottish breakfast.
We welcome block bookings and special rates can be arranged.

Information and Booking Conditions
Reservations: must be confirmed in writing or email and guaranteed by a deposit.
Cancellations: In accordance with Visit Scotland. "A guest wishing to cancel a booking without becoming liable for a large cancellation charge must now do so 5 days before they are due to arrive. if a guest does not stay for the total length of their booking then we may request reimbursment for the loss of revenue as a result of the rooms sitting empty"
Check-in: Is normally after 4pm. If an earlier check-in is required please enquire in advance.
Late Arrivals: Please inform us if you are likely to be after 9pm.
Check-out: Rooms shsould be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served at 8.00am or 8.30am if an earlier breakfast is required please enquire in advance.
Smoking: ALL rooms are non smoking. Please note that smoking in public areas is forbidden by law in Scotland.
Payment: Payments are due upon arrival. Cheques are accepted with a current U.K. bank card. We do not accept credit cards.
Dogs: Sorry but we do not have to facilities to be able to accommodate dogs.
